Throughout the year, our church participates in Samaritan's Purse’s Operation Christmas Child, sharing the love of Jesus with children around the world through simple gift-filled shoeboxes.

Rather than collecting items only in the fall, we gather supplies all year long to prepare for our annual Packing Party. On the 4th Sunday of each month, we invite everyone to bring specific items based on that month’s theme. These donations help us fill hundreds of shoeboxes with practical items, toys, and personal gifts that bless children and point them to the hope of Christ.

Monthly Collection Themes

• January – Winter Warmth
  Hats, gloves, scarves, and other warm accessories.

• February – Fashion Accessories
  Sunglasses, hair bows, bracelets, watches, and fun accessories.

• March – “Wow” Items
  Special toys that make a big impact when a child first opens their box (soccer balls with pumps, dolls, etc.).

• April – Stuffed Animals
  Small plush animals that bring comfort and joy.

• May – Personal Care Items
  Toothbrushes, bar soap, washcloths, combs, and similar hygiene items.

• June – Toys
  Small toys such as cars, yo-yos, jump ropes, and puzzles.

• July – Clothing
  T-shirts, socks, flip-flops, and other lightweight clothing items.

• August – School Supplies
  Notebooks, crayons, pencils, pencil sharpeners, and small school items.

• September – Games
  Card games, small puzzles, travel-size board games, and similar activities.

• October – Personal Letters & Photos
  Encouraging notes and photos to include in shoeboxes to remind children they are loved and prayed for.

• November – Shipping Donations
  Monetary gifts to help cover the cost of shipping each shoebox around the world.

• December – Pray
  Join us in praying for the children who will receive these boxes and for the ministry impact through Operation Christmas Child.
